Since February 2017, Ms. Mosely has led the ACPCE team, leveraging over 18 years of leadership experience within the New York City Department of Education. Her tenure is defined by a steadfast commitment to academic excellence—a dedication reflected in soaring graduation rates and consistent student acceptances to top-tier colleges and universities, culminating in a historic 100% graduation rate for the Class of 2026.

As a champion for intergenerational economic mobility, Ms. Mosely has forged strategic partnerships with prominent New York City corporations, securing high-impact apprenticeships that drive career readiness. She is equally dedicated to cultivating talent from within.

An accomplished mathematics educator, Ms. Mosely operates on the fundamental belief that all students can achieve their dreams when met with exceptional instruction and high expectations. Her visionary leadership was recognized with her 2016 induction into the NYC Leadership Institute, and further cemented in June 2022 when she secured the 21st Century Learning Center Community School grant, expanding critical opportunities for ACPCE students and families.
