Leadership
Ms. Mosely has led the ACPCE team since February 2017, bringing more than 18 years of leadership experience in the New York City Department of Education. Under her guidance, graduation rates have risen dramatically, and graduates are earning acceptances to top-tier colleges and universities.
A champion for intergenerational economic mobility, Ms. Mosely has forged partnerships with some of New York City’s most prominent corporations, securing apprenticeships that give students real-world experience and career readiness. She ensures that college exposure begins as early as grade 6, with students accelerating in 7th grade to earn up to three Regents exams and high school credits before entering 9th grade.
An accomplished mathematics educator, she is committed to the belief that all students can achieve their dreams when provided with exceptional instruction, unwavering support, and high expectations. In 2016, she was honored to be inducted into the NYC Leadership Institute—a distinguished network of city agency executives—where she contributed to high-impact organizational change initiatives.
In June 2022, under her leadership, ACPCE proudly earned the 21st Century Learning Center Community School grant from the New York State Department of Education, further expanding opportunities for students and families.
Mrs. Mohagna-Klein's passion for education can be seen through her active involvement with both staff and students. She specializes in the humanities, and is well versed in instructional development. Her constant energy, enthusiasm, and support for those around her contribute to the overall positive school environment.
